Tender for the use of the maritime area specified in the Government's 2022-06-22 resolution Nr. 697, for the development and operation of power plants using renewable energy resources is announced, and the possible to win the transaction price for the purchase and sale of electricity from renewable energy for the proposed annual incentive quantity (if this quantity is zero - to use this territory for the development of power plants in the maritime area for the proposed tax).

Period and procedure for the tender documents and the submission of a tender | The period of submission of the tender documents and the Offer from 16 January 2024 to 14 April 2024 (inclusive). The tender documents and the Tender shall be submitted in accordance with the procedure laid down in chapter II, third section, and chapter III, third section, of the of the Tender Description. |
Procedure for submission of requests to participate in the Tender | The request to participate in the Contest shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down in chapter II, fourth section of of the Tender Description: in electronic form – by e-mail [email protected] or in paper form – Verkių str. 25C-1, Vilnius, LT-08223. Tender, organized according to the ERS Article 221 (without incentive)
Tender for the use of the marine territory for the development and operation of power plants using renewable energy resources is announced, organized in accordance with Article 221 of the Law on Energy from Renewable Sources of the Republic of Lithuania (hereafter – Tender), to use the marine territory specified by the Government in 2023-03-15 resolution No. 171 "Regarding the parts of the territorial sea of the Republic of Lithuania and/or the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Lithuania in the Baltic Sea, where it is appropriate to organize a tender (tenders) without applying incentive measures for the development and operation of power plants using renewable energy resources, and the maximum permitted generating power and minimum installed power of these power plants determination" (hereafter - Government Resolution No. 171 of March 15, 2023), when developing power plants in this territory, the installed power of which cannot be lower, and the permitted generation power cannot exceed the sizes set in the Government Resolution No. 171 of March 15, 2023, for the highest proposed development fee for the development of power plants in the maritime area.
