According to the European Commission regulations establishing the requirements for the grid connection of generators, the demand connection and the grid connection for the high voltage direct current systems and direct current-connected power park modules, NCC approved the list of criteria to grant derogations from the above-mentioned regulations.
This legal act will set the evaluation criteria by which the relevant system operator or transmission system operator asses and submit request to apply for the derogation to regulatory authority. Each national regulatory authority must individualy approve the list of criteria.
