On 3 of October, 2019 in accordance with Article 18(1) of the Commission Regulation 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing National Energy Regulatory Council approved TSO's proposal regarding the terms and conditions for Balancing service providers. These terms will apply to all Balancing service providers in Lithuania.
The terms and conditions for Balancing service providers contain the requirements for becoming a balancing service provider and specifies the market based procedures on buying balancing services.
