7. | Description of the service provision process | The licence of the natural gas market operator grants the right to organize trade in natural gas in accordance with the Rules for Trade in Natural Gas approved by the Order No 1-293 of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania "On Approval of the Rules for Trade in Natural Gas" of 28 November 2011. A company, wishing to obtain the licence, submits the application in line with the established forms as well as required documents to the National Energy Regulatory Council. Following the receipt of documents indicated in this chapter, the Council checks whether these documents and information contained therein comply with the licensing conditions (technological, financial and managerial capacities of the company) and decides on the issue of the licence. |
8. | Information and documents to be provided by the person | The applicant shall submit an application in the established form and the following documents confirming the compliance of the applicant with the requirements to the Council: 1. Documents and data indicated in the description of the assessment procedures of technological, financial and managerial capabilities of entities approved by the Resolution No O3-6 of the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy of 29 January 2009 "On the Approval of the Description of the Procedure of Assessment of Technological, Financial and Managerial Capabilities of Energy Companies"; 3. Documents confirming the payment of the state fee; 3 A legal person or a unit of a legal person or another organization of another Member State established in a Member State shall provide copies of documents of the establishment, copies of the articles of association, authenticated by stamp, if it mandatory to have it, and by the signature of the manager; 4. A natural person submits: 4.1. documents supporting and/or granting the right to reside in a Member State or exercise the rights of free movement conferred by the law of the European Union within the Member States (this requirement shall apply to third-country nationals); 4.2. a copy of personal identity document (passport or ID card), unless the documents are submitted directly to the Council; where the documents are submitted directly to the Council, a personal identity document (passport or identity card) shall be provided. |
