The fourth Baltic Electricity Market Mini-Fora was be held on 23 November 2006 at the “Lietuvos Energija” AB, Conference Room No. 129, Juozapavičiaus street 13, Vilnius.

The main topics of the Mini-Fora are the balancing in the Baltics, ITC mechanism and the best ITC model for Baltics, issues related to the third party access and arrangements of power trading, as the opinions of the industrial consumers and the electricity producers and/or traders in the Baltics.
