Licences in Natural Gas Sector

Legal persons seeking to engage in transmission, liquefaction, storage, distribution, system operator, or natural gas supply activity must receive a licence for the appropriate activity.
The following activities shall be subject to licensing in the natural gas sector:
- transmission;
- distribution;
- storage;
- liquefaction;
- supply.
Separate licences are issued to engage in each type of the activities.
